TIRANA, Nov. 24 – A Czech expert from the education ministry has introduced Albanian students with study opportunities in the Czech Republic where they can also apply to benefit Czech government sponsored Master’s and PhD studies.

In several meetings with students of the universities of Tirana and Shkodra but also private universities this week, the Czech expert acquainted Albanian students with study opportunities in the Czech Republic which features some of Europe’s best and oldest universities such as the 14th century Charles University in Prague, which also has an Albanian language department.

Albania and the Czech Republic have a student exchange deal which also offers four Master’s and PhD study opportunities to Albanian students in Czech universities each year.

Students were invited to visit Studyin.cz, the official resource for information about higher education in the Czech Republic operated by the Centre for International Cooperation in Education (DZS).
