TIRANA, Jan 14 – Rough seas in southwestern Albania caused a fishing boat in Vlora to sink, though five crew members managed to escape from Albanian and Italian border guards.
The fishing boat was some scores of meters from the shore when it requested help due to rough seas and strong wind after its engines failed to work.
