SHKODRA, Aug. 30 – In the early morning hours of Sunday, Kole Ndreshaj, 41, a highway policeman in the northern district of Shkodra, was found dead shot with two bullets.
He was found dead along the road by a local resident.
Police have raised an investigative team and has put a reward of 5 million leks for any information on his death.
Meanwhile scores of people are being questioned, including drivers who have been fined by him recently.
