Insig to end privatization in November

TIRANA, Aug 27 – The Insig insurance public company will end its privatization process by the end of November. The international tender will open September 10. The government has offered the sale of 61 percent of Insig. They have also secured the auditing assistance of KPMG to evaluate the assets of the company. Based on the price of the evaluation, the government will set the minimum price for the sale. (Tirana Times Staff)
