TIRANA, March 31 – Mevlan Fejzaj, 50, from Patos, Fier, was arrested after he crashed his Mercedes automobile into the president’s office in downtown Tirana. The auto damaged a main door and traveled into the courtyard before Fejzaj was arrested by national guard officers.
Police said Fejzaj is mentally ill, which was also confirmed by his family.(Tirana Times Staff)
