TIRANA, Feb. 23 – Albania’s opposition is continuing its indefinite protest in front of the prime minister’s office and opposition leaders said the Democratic Party will not return to parliament until a caretaker government takes over to guarantee free and fair elections. The announcement of a parliamentary boycott followed the largest anti-government rally in years and the setting up of a large tent in front of the prime minister’s office, where hundreds of people have stood nonstop since the anti-government rally on Saturday.
