Russian, South Korean investors visit Albania

TIRANA, Sept. 26 – Russian and South Korean investors have expressed interest to invest in Albania. In a meeting with Prime Minister Sali Berisha this week, representatives of the RusHydro state-owned company expressed special interest in power generation and distribution projects. Company representatives said they would participate in the Vjosa and Skavica hydropower plants tenders.
In another event, investors from South Korea met Tirana Chamber of Commerce representatives who acquainted them with investment opportunities in the energy, transport, tourism and technology sectors.
