VLORA, Sep. 27 – Police arrested three persons and accused them of torturing to death Vasil Roshi, 90.
The three persons were residents in Lac, northern Albania while the crime was allegedly committed in southernmost Saranda area.
The prosecutor believes that the three had planned to rob Roshi’s house in Cuk village, Saranda district. They entered his house, took 140,000 leks, then tied him and hit with sharp objects taking him to death.
