TIRANA, July 24 – The number of tourists visiting Albania in the last two months is some times higher compared to the same period last year, the Interior Ministry reported. Some 155,000 persons entered the country during the third week of July, almost a double number compared to last year. Some 56,000 out of them were foreign tourists. It has been long known that the greatest number of tourists in the country during summer time come from Kosova and Macedonia. It seems that the border crossing points this year have set better infrastructure to treat with the arrivals.
