TIRANA, Aug. 31 – The government decided Thursday to give to the National Theater some space at the pyramid that is now named after Pjeter Arbnori, the late ex-communist dissident. It will also have the elements of the National Gallery of Arts to present there the works of many artists from the country and beyond borders. “The national theater receives a more dignitary space than what it has and it fully deserves that,” said Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
