SHKODRA, Aug. 29 – A new library is expected to open in Shkodra at the Luigj Gurakuqi university, considered as the biggest and the most contemporary one in the country. It will cover some 4,000 square meters for which there were spent 385,000 euros to build from a collaboration of the Shkodra university with that of Graz, Austria and Florence, Italy. The library will have some 130,000 books, many of them unique in our country inherited from different personalities in different spheres of life. The library will be open for everyone wanting to use it. Graz University has trained its staff and will bring some more infrastructure worth 85,000 euros.
