TIRANA, Jan.12 – Data from the Bank of Albania’s (BoA) showed that the net foreign exchange reserves rose by 0.3 percent to $1.305 billion (1.0 billion euro) in November last year from $1.301 billion a month earlier. The figures were slightly above the monthly target.
