SAMSUNG to help with energy investments

TIRANA, April.8 – The Ministry of economy represented by Minister Genc Ruli signed a contract with the Korean corporation “Samsung”, regarding the sector of electric energy. “Samsung”, according to the agreement will assist the second phase of the strengthening electricity system in rural areas. The RAEP-II project is financed by the Economic Development Korean Fund of the Korean Government and the Credit export Fund of Korea. Samsung will provide the technical expertise for the feasibility study. The “RAEP II” project has two parts including the transmission line of 110 kV/TL, long 100 km Babic뮏rikum-Himar뮓aranda, the construction of the line 110/20 kV Orikum-Himar묠the provisos and necessary installments for the distribution sector in the line 20/0.4 kV, etc.
