TIRANA, April 2 – Russia has offered 20 scholarships to Albanian students to attend its universities.
The offer provides scholarships to 15 students and five post-university students. Winners should be able to pay for their own food and accommodations at a cost of up to $200 a month along with an annual $200 for health insurance.
All students should know the Russian language before applying for the scholarship.(Tirana Times Staff)
