TIRANA, July 14 – Rezart Taci, president of the Taci Oil company, acknowledged Tuesday that his company was interested in buying the Italian Serie A club of Bologna.
Taci said they were interested in buying up to 80 percent of the club shares.
But he also added that Italy is somewhat conservative and it was not easy to convince the club to get a foreign main shareholder that would become president of the club afterwards.
Taci has also been known to be linked with AC Milan as he regularly holds a match with the club once a year in Albania.
He organizes children to hold a competition and five of them go to be trained at Milan camps during summer.
Taci Oil bought the country’s public oil company last year.
