Albanians are apparently feeling miserable. They are the most unhappy people in Europe, according to an annual UN happiness report. And things are getting, worse not better, with the country falling 22 places in the index in the past three years alone. Albania’s neighbors in the index are not Montenegro or Greece — they are exotic and formerly war-torn countries like Sierra Leone and Iraq and the most crowded country on earth, Bangladesh.
