Hanover, March.20 – The German town of Hanover is hosting one of the largest world fairs of information and telecommunication technology. The year 2008 is going o be a launch year for the wireless TV service offered in mobile phones. For this purpose Telecommunication ministries throughout Europe has started the process for the legal aspects of the enterprise. Two countries in Europe will launch the service earlier: Italy and Albania. For Albania the DigitAlb Company will provide special operator phones with this specific service. Wireless TV is considered a revolutionary step in the field of telecommunications.
Albania has yet to design a proper legal framework which in the case of Italy has been completed.
