TIRANA, Jan. 15 – Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama announced on Monday following President Ilir Meta’s rejection of 26-year-old, Kosovo national Gent Cakaj as the country’s new foreign minister, that he will be temporarily assuming the role.   “The President did not decree the foreign minister’s dismissal within his constitutional deadline.
