TIRANA, Feb. 14 – BoA’s Supervision Council will consider in its next meeting a pending request from the CREDINS bank for an ownership transfer transaction. The event includes the transfer of 14.67 percent of the shares from shareholder Muhamed Malo, to the other shareholder Renis T쳳hana. There has been a previous request for this transfer to be realized in the first half of 2006 but BoA had refused. If this action is complete, T쳳hana will own 22.67 percent of the total shares becoming the second major shareholder after the “Credins” Institute which currently owns 41.33 percent.
