“Europetrol” gets permission for fuel deposits in Porto Romano

TIRANA, March. 5 – The Territorial Administering Council of Albania has approved the permission to the company “Europetrol” to build fuel deposits in the area of Porto Romano, close to the Durres Port, the country’s largest. The approval includes the permission to build upon an area of 15.000 meters square and is valid for a period of two years. The permission comes after a feasibility study which considered the optimal use of the area and all safety precautions. The facility will be surrounded by a protection and isolation wall 2.5 m tall. The Ministry of the Environment has made clear all preconditions related to safety and efficiency of the facility to the company “Europetrol.”
