Expropriation for new road segment

TIRANA, Feb. 24 – The government expropriated many areas covered from houses of local inhabitants which were needed to build part of the Ura e Bun쳭Muriqan road segment. Land owners will be rewarded with the full value of the land and construction they had. The government has taken from private owners some 1,860 square meters which will be paid from 1,000 to 1.400 lek per square meter. The total figure which the government will pay is 3.86 million leks. The expropriation of the road link, which goes to the Montenegrin border, will be completed by the end of this year.
