TIRANA, April.10 – Parliamentary Committee of Economy discussed last week the bill “On ratification of the loan agreement between Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for financing, rehabilitation and construction of the Fier-Levan-Tepelene road.” The project envisages rehabilitation of the Fier-Levan-Tepelene road, 70 km long and 10.5 meters wide. This project worth around 70 million euro is funded by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, European Investments Bank as well as EU through a grant of 2004 CARDS program.
