Government changes rent procedures for public buildings

Tirana, April.16 – All buildings that are property of the government will be rented out at easier procedures but higher prices. The government decided to facilitate the cost only on the basis of employment chances with the firm employing most workers, paying the lowest price for the rent. Also all government properties build upon privately owned land will not be rented out unless it for major strategic purposes to the public good. The government will offer discounts up to 50 percent to production activities that will rent the buildings while investing in them and employing people.
