TIRANA, Oct. 18 – The last government meeting focused on economic issues. Prime Minister Berisha spoke at length on the recent issue of the public procurements and the necessary measures to effectively implement the new legislation. The treaty for the energy exchange projects with the government of Greece was another main topic. The decentralization of the aqueduct networks and the new laws about private concessions were the remaining items that were discussed.
