TIRANA, Oct. 4 – The Albanian government on Wednesday added more competencies to the Agency of Legalization, Urbanization and Integration of the informal zones and constructions. The changes set the departments of legalization and compensation of the private properties that will be affected by this law and also the process of urbanization of illegal construction. Departments of the IT and initial registration of the illegal construction will be responsible to prepare the material basis and the documentation for the property registration.
