TIRANA, April.9- The Ministry of Tourism has proposed a new legal framework to benefit tourism village entrepreneurs with taxation privileges and better financing opportunities through loans and grants. Businesses should apply to the Ministry which will send inspectors to see if a certain activity meets the standards and decide within 60 days upon the status of the privileges it can get. Local authorities can propose the tourist village that needs support as well. An applicant needs to clarify its 5 years investment schedule and plans for expansion.
