TIRANA, Nov. 27 – Prime Minister Sali Berisha said on Monday at a government meeting that the Greek government had given 35 million euros to build or rehabilitate the Konispol-Saranda road segment in the south. The road will help to link Saranda, Albania’s tourist pearl, with international traffic. The Albanian government will fund 20 percent of the expenditures. The funding is part of the Greek government’s aid to the Balkan countries.
