The General Directory of Taxation has issued a clear directive that all construction companies in the country should start applying reference prices for their activities and use the prices for heir primary material reporting.
The use of the reference prices in the construction sector is expected to increase the price of the apartments. Representatives from the association of Constructors have explained that the directive has an early pre-acting effect as it is active starting from January of this year.
