Tirana Municipality: 62 roads to be paved and upgraded this year

Tirana, 4 April 2008. Tirana municipality held several public hearings to listen to the concerns of the public regarding roads. The conclusion from the meetings was that the transport infrastructure was one of the city’s major problems. The Tirana municipality has compiled a list of the most problematic roads to be paved this year. The list includes 62 roads and the sources from the municipality say they were very careful to allocate city spending as equally as possible between boroughs. (Tirana Times Staff)
