TIRANA, July 25 – The two new ministers– Eduard Halimi for the Justice Ministry and Aldo Bumci for the Tourism Ministry– were sworn in Monday by President Bamir Topi in a low profile ceremony. Halimi replaced Bujar Nishani, who in April moved from that post to become Interior Minister instead of Lulzim Basha who is now Tirana’s mayor. Halimi had been once at the post of Deputy Justice Minister in a previous cabinet. Bumci took the post of the tourism, culture, youth and sports minister instead of Ferdinand Xhaferri, who had resigned also in March to run in the municipal polls. Bumci had served as Justice Minister in Berisha’s previous cabinets. Besides the president’s staff there was no other top official at the ceremony.
