TIRANA, Nov. 29- The steel industry in Albania, starting the Interim Agreement with the European Union, will no longer face any custom fees of any kind. As part of this free trade agreement, Albania has a period of three years to restructure the entire industry and adapt it to the new market. State subsidies to this sector should be eliminated within five years from the implementation of the agreement.
