TIRANA TIMES OP-ED It was just hours after the last ballot box closed that the result started to appear in the screen of Kosovo TV stations. The electoral campaign had been intense but calm, the electoral silence had been observed. During the Election Day the police had been alert and professional, arresting a few people who had photographed their vote and others who had tried to obstruct it. It had been just hours after the citizens of Kosovo, more than 40 percent of them had expressed their political will, when the losing side graciously conceded the victory to their opponents….
