TIRANA, May 5 – Police reported that five persons were arrested for
stealing metal objects from the area affected from March 15 blast near capital Tirana. The five were arrested while stealing bullets and other
shell parts spread in the area, which they later sold to support themselves
and their families. The area and objects found there are considered to be
dangerous at a time when a U.S. company, ArmorGroup North America
has been contracted to clean the area.
