TIRANA, Sept. 4 – Police said Monday they had arrested two suspects who have allegedly stolen the money under the threat of arms from the car belonging to Braka fuel station owner a week ago. The two suspects were Tirana residents. They are accused of stealing some 17 million leks Aug. 27 at the Kavaja street about 100 meters from a police station downtown the capital.
