TIRANA, Sept. 4 – The Ministry of Education and Science has planned to start this month a pilot project for handicapped children’s education. It will start in 12 schools and 12 kindergartens and then it will continue in 100 schools and 90 kindergartens all around the country. It aims at improving the educational technique and quality at the schools and the return of handicapped children at the schools. The ministry is also reconsidering the legislation and preparing a special draft law on the education for handicapped children.
