TIRANA, Sept. 18 – Police arrested Monday Ali Jahja, 59, who had allegedly put some explosive at a school in Shullaz village, Milot communein the north. A day later local newspapers wrote that Jahja had acknowledged putting the explosive with the motive that the school had fired him where he worked before as a teacher.
