TIRANA, Oct. 4 – A government decision said that Albania will finally have a zip postal code, finally at last the bottom place used in Europe will no longer be missing. The government said that Albanian towns could set a zip code between the figures 1000 to 1999. The zip code is expected to be functional in 2007.
