TIRANA, Oct. 14 – Police made three arrests Saturday after finding a cache of weapons and ammunition in Kashar village in Tirana. Police arrested three brothers named Ilir Haka, 34, Daut Haka, 40, and Edmond Haka, 24, residents of Berxulle. There were found hundreds of explosives, material and devices and more than one thousand rounds of bullets.
