TIRANA, Oct. 18 – Socialist leader Edi Rama met Wednesday with a group of ambassadors from Western Europe, the United States and international institutions like the European Union and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. It is believed he has discussed with them preparations for the local elections.
