TIRANA, Nov. 1 – Police managed successfully Wednesday to prevent the hijacking of a student of the law school by two men. The two men tried to forcefully take her into their Toyota car but the alarm from the people around brought police forces. Then police followed the two alleged hijackers who drove away in their vehicle. They abandoned it at the artificial lake area. They are still at large. The same day police in northern Shkodra stopped Dritan Gjyrcari, 24, for trying to murder Isak Dashi allegedly for a blood feud revenge for his uncle. Gjyrcari was released from prison five months ago after serving six years imprisonment for another murder.
