Berisha meets with Czech Foreign Minister

TIRANA, Nov. 23 – Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha met Thursday with the visiting Czech Foreign Minister Jan Kubis. Albania appealed to the Czech minister to urge his businessmen invest in the country, offering that the country had the best facilities with the ‘Albania, one euro’ project idea. Kubis also reminded Berisha that fighting organized crime and corruption remained Albania’s most important element in its road of integration into the European Union and NATO. Kubis said that the two countries had to intensify their commercial relations and economic cooperation, discussing different ways of promoting them.
