Albania in the last but one risk group, OECD says

TIRANA, Jan. 30 – The Export and Crediting agencies of the member states of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) placed Albania in the sixth out of seven groups for the crediting risk level. Albania is together with Georgia, Armenia and Venezuela, while Ukraine left the sixth and moved to the better fifth group. Moldova and Belarus are behind at the seventh worst group. Russia, Romania and Bulgaria are in the third group while Hungary and Latvia got down from the second group to the third one. The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development was created in 1961. Its main secretariat is in Paris. The OECD groups 30 high-income member countries sharing a commitment to democratic government and the market economy. The OECD member states produce two thirds of all the goods and services in the world.
