TIRANA, July 7 – Vasil Naci, 54, a bodyguard and a former tax policeman, was shot and killed by Edmond Themollari, 47, a policeman guarding the diplomatic buildings in the capital Tirana.
They were friends and had quarreled, according to police.
After killing his friend, Themollari was injured when he apparently tried to commit suicide.
