TIRANA, Sep. 17 – Esat Deda, 51, was extradited from Munich, Germany.
Deda was sentenced to 18 years imprisonment for drug trafficking and illegal border crossing.
In 2002, the Delon ship had illegally sheltered ten Albanian citizens and was trying to take them into Italy. Police also found 36 kilograms of heroin aboard the ship.
