TIRANA, Oct. 17 – Interior Minister Bujar Nishani took part in the European Conference of Ministers Responsible for Local and Regional Government, in Valencia, the ministry reported.
The conference discussed many issues of local governance such as fair conduct during elections, and held an exchange of thoughts between the ministers and the representatives of the Congress and the Parliamentary Assembly.
