FIER, May 13 – Police reported they had arrested Alket Biti in the southern city of Fier following a five-month investigation. Biti, 34, is accused of a murder in 1998. In another operation police at the same city arrested Guxim ȡla, 39, also accused of a murder last year.(Tirana Times Staff)
