Afghanis stopped while trying to traffic to Italy

TIRANA, April 8 – Police said they had stopped seven Afghanis from trying to illegally cross into neighboring Italy.
Police reported that the seven Afghanis were taken to the police station where it resulted they had paid up to $7,000 each to be illegally sent to Italy.
They had first made the payment to go to Greece but they were stopped in Salonika. From there they had managed to escape police and climb over a truck going to Italy through Albania. Along the way in Albania the truck driver had found them and had forcefully pushed them out of his truck.
