TIRANA, April 14 – Police arrested Besfort Toci, 20, after finding him with some 4.3 grams of cannabis sativa which he would allegedly sell.
Kastriot Gremi, 39, was extradited from neighboring Italy to serve his 18 years of imprisonment for rape a crime he had committed in 1992, also sentenced the same year.
Gremi was arrested in Milan, Italy in September last year.
