Black market dealers detained

TIRANA, April 5 – Police has detained and filed charges against 18 people for illegally selling mobile phones in Tirana, police said.
The police operation, codenamed “Black Market III,” netted the illegal sellers aged 17 to 48 and charged them with non-payment of taxes and hiding revenues.
In total police has detained 37 people and sequestered 420 cell phones and a considerable number of other accessories sold near Tirana’s central square.
