SHKODRA, Nov. 15 – Police arrested Ahmet Bajramaj, 66, wanted for a murder he had committed 16 years ago.
Bajramaj was arrested Saturday .
In 1994 Bajramaj had shot dead Zenel Hoti for revenge and the district court had sentenced him to 25 years imprisonment.
Police had also tried before to arrest him without success. Bajramaj had managed to escape police and hid in tunnels he had created.
After the arrest police found a great cache of weapons at Bajramaj’s house, including automatic rifles, ammunition, pistols, rifle and other equipment.
